Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Develop and implement manufacturing plans tooling strategies and production methodologies

• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver cross-functional technical solutions

• Create and maintain program architecture for production builds

• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability meets requirements

• Analyze design/build concepts to ensure efficient and producible solutions

• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and detailed work instructions

• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting cost schedule and performance

• Validate and ensure production readiness for complex engineering solutions

• Implement and support Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives

• Document and share producibility best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related field

• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing plans BOMs and work instructions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
