About Client:
We are in the center of West Palm Beachs thriving downtown two blocks from Brightline and six blocks from Tri-Rail! Responsibilities:
- Assist team with preparation of drawings through SD DD and CD phases.
- Maintaining and coordinating with consultants as per project.
- Maintaining all project drawings specifications and consultants work.
- Research and ensure compliance of design with Florida Building Code and other codes.
- Maintain office standards and quality control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or higher in Architecture from a NCARB accredited university.
- 6-11 years of work experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current Florida construction materials and methods.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and the permitting process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization detail-oriented and self-motivation skills.
- Excellent team skills and abilities to collaborate with staff consultants and others.
- Hand sketching of ideas and concepts is a plus.
Software Knowledge:
- 3D Software: REVIT experience required.
- 2D Software: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign (Adobe).
- Bluebeam - optional.
