**What Youll Do:-

Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Analyze data to identify trends insights and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product IT and operations
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimization strategies
Create reports dashboards and presentations for decision-making
Support project planning execution and monitoring to ensure timely delivery
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives
Facilitate meetings workshops and stakeholder communications
Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables.
Maintain proper documentation of processes requirements and solutions.
