1. Core Technical Requirements (Must Have)

development experience
- Currently coding or recently hands-on (not purely architectural or managerial)
Strong SQL skills
- Ability to write complex queries not just basic data access
Modern development workflow experience
- GitHub (or equivalent) source control
- Comfortable working in active production codebases

2. Lead-Level Capabilities

Operates as a player coach: leads while coding
Able to own delivery not just oversee it
Comfortable acting as a technical point person for a product area
Can guide and unblock others through example not delegation alone
