Job Summary
Were looking for a Steel Estimator / Project Manager to help grow our structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication operations in the Bluffton / Savannah market.
This is not a back-office estimating role.
We need someone who can take a set of plans build a real budget win the work and help support fabrication from buyout through the shop.
What youll be doing:
Perform steel takeoffs (structural misc metals)
Build project budgets (material shop labor install as needed)
Review bids and submit proposals
Support material procurement and vendor coordination
Help transition awarded work into fabrication
What were looking for:
Experience in steel estimating fabrication or misc metals
Ability to read structural drawings
Understanding of how steel actually gets built (not just priced)
Tekla PowerFab / Tekla Structures experience is a strong plus
About the role:
Based in Ridgeland SC (Bluffton / Savannah area)
$95K $110K base performance bonus
High-impact position tied directly to growing our steel division
Were a design-build contractor with strong self-perform capabilities and were actively expanding our fabrication operations. This role is a key part of that growth.
