Job Summary
- Proficiency in Python with demonstrated experience building and maintaining backend services or APIs
- Working knowledge of at least one additional programming language (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript Java Go)
- Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g. Django Flask FastAPI React Angular or Vue)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design development and integration
- Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML CSS JavaScript) and responsive design principles
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP) and deployment workflows
- Exposure to version control systems particularly Git including branching and pull request workflows
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts (e.g. authentication authorization RBAC OAuth SSO)
- Experience integrating or working with IAM tools or providers (e.g. Okta Auth0 Azure AD) is preferred
- Understanding of security best practices in web application development
- Experience with containerization and/or orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) is a plus
- Exposure to Python ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn pandas NumPy) for simple data processing or experimentation
- Familiarity with prompt design and basic evaluation of AI outputs
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments for deploying and operating applications including log monitoring process/service management basic troubleshooting and writing simple scripts (e.g. Bash/Python) to automate routine tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and troubleshoot across the stack
- Ability to write clean maintainable and well-documented code
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
