Full Stack Developer Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer youll play a key role in delivering end-to-end solutions in a fast-moving agile environment. This position goes beyond writing code youll contribute to building impactful systems from initial concept through production deployment. If you enjoy solving complex problems learning continuously and creating meaningful software this role offers that opportunity.

What Youll Do

• Develop modern scalable web applications using technologies such as React and TypeScript ensuring performance accessibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with backend engineers and architects to integrate services using .NET/C# SQL and PostgreSQL
• Apply DevSecOps practices leveraging Git and CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure high-quality code delivery
• Analyze system performance troubleshoot issues and recommend architectural or design improvements
• Support development and deployment in cloud environments like AWS using cloud-native services for scalability
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions helping improve team processes and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in software development including designing building and implementing applications
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Java React or similar frameworks
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to develop across both front-end and back-end layers
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or similar clearance
• Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of broader software engineering experience
• Experience solving complex technical problems in collaborative team environments
• Ability to gather requirements and improve workflows through automation
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and maintenance
• Masters degree
