Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Test Lead with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to handle manual testing and coordinate with business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business processes and perform manual testing of applications
Create test cases based on release plans with business and IT teams
Identify and prepare test data required for testing
Execute test cases and report defects
Track and manage defects until closure
Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Perform defect triage and manage test cases in tracking tools
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
Strong manual testing and defect management skills
Good communication and coordination skills
