About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our team in this role you will be responsible for supporting our financial operations managing data accuracy and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities-
Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform data entry generate reports and maintain accurate financial records.

Communication: Draft and manage professional business correspondence via email to resolve queries coordinate with vendors/clients and support team collaboration.

Financial Analysis: Apply strong analytical skills to perform reconciliations identify discrepancies and assist in periodic financial reporting.

Process Execution: Work within ERP environments to process transactions update ledgers and maintain data integrity.

Operational Support: Assist the broader finance team in day-to-day administrative tasks and process improvements.

Experience: 1 3 years of professional experience in a finance or accounting support role.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups pivot tables and data manipulation).

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze data identify trends and solve problems efficiently.

Education: A degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or a related field.

Prior experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and finance tools such as JDE (JD Edwards) CAAPS or SAP.
