Operate and support MuleSoft runtimes across (Cloud Hub Runtime Fabric (RTF)).
Deploy manage and troubleshoot MuleSoft Runtime Fabric on Red Hat OpenShift.
Strong understanding of OpenShift architecture (pods operators builds routes).
Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications and infrastructure.
Automate deployments environment configurations and release promotions using Gitlab Ansible.
Implement and support one way TLS and mutual TLS (mTLS) for MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
Monitor MuleSoft platforms using Dynatrace for performance and JVM metrics.
Centralize logging and alerting using Splunk.
Troubleshoot connectivity DNS certificate and networking issues.
Support DMZ hosted MuleSoft runtimes and secure inbound/outbound traffic.
Support production incidents on call rotations and root cause analysis (RCA).
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and resilience.
Provide production support for MuleSoft platforms and applications.
Participate in on call rotation and support incident bridges.
Perform triage troubleshooting and recovery during outages and degradation events.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings.
