Big advantage if they have experience for some of the below mentioned ERPs Testing
experience and Jira tool .

Additional Requirements:
Experience in different test phases acceptance test plan design execution test reporting
etc.
Experience in Application Testing.
Proactively identifying the defects and reviewing the test artifacts ( test execution evidence)
