About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Precision Polishing Technician to support the finishing and assembly of medical device components in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on polishing precision assembly and quality-focused production work requiring excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision polishing and finishing of small medical device components
- Assemble multi-component parts according to work instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and production standards are met
- Maintain a clean organized and safety-compliant workstation
- Support production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing production or mechanical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in precision manufacturing polishing or machine shop environments
- Technical training in manufacturing or mechanical assembly
- Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated production environments
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours worked paid for 40)
