Job Title : Marine Engineer
Experience : 8-15 Years
Location : Bengaluru
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine diesel engines
- Support engine reliability performance monitoring and predictive maintenance initiatives
- Manage condition-based monitoring data analysis and coordination with OEMs and vendors
- Own maintenance strategies CMMS job plans and asset integrity for assigned systems
- Support shipyard planning technical issue resolution and incident investigations
- Drive fuel efficiency low-load operations GHG reduction and alternative fuel initiatives
- Lead or support reliability projects and new technology pilots
Requisites:
- Degree in Marine / Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture or equivalent seagoing experience
- Prior sailing experience on Oil / LNG tankers
- Strong knowledge of marine diesel engines RCM CBM and predictive maintenance
- Familiarity with IMO Flag State and Classification Society requirements
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with global cross-functional teams
