Description
This contract position is on-site and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our medical practice by providing exceptional radiological services.
As a Locum MD in Radiology you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating patients through imaging techniques. Your expertise will help ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care and you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays MRIs and CT scans
- Interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to discuss patient care and treatment options
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiological techniques and technologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Document and maintain patient records accurately
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding procedures and results
- Participate in continuous education and training programs
Requirements
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Current medical license to practice in the state of Florida
- Completion of a residency in Radiology
- Strong knowledge of imaging techniques and technology
- Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
- Schedule: Day swing and overnight shifts available

Workstations will be provided
Must be board-certified
