Salary:$130000 - $200000/year

What You Will Be Doing
- Reviewinvention disclosures& meet inventors
- Conductprior art searches & patentability analysis
- Draftpatent applications
- HandleUSPTO office actions & responses
- Conductexaminer interviews
- ManageUS & international patent dockets
- Performdue diligence & FTO analysis
- Collaborate with attorneys agents & clients
Experience You Will Need
- 1 yearpatent prosecution experience
- USPTO registered (mandatory)
- Technical background in:
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Exposure to:
- Software / AI
- Hardware / devices
- Wireless / signal processing
- Law firm experiencepreferred
- Strong writing communication & organization skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Law firm background
- Experience with AI / software / wireless tech
- Examiner interview experience
- FTO / due diligence exposure
- International docket management
