About the role
Join the Early Childhood Education and Care Strategic Communications team at a pivotal time for the sector and help shape communications that supports children families and early learning services across NSW.
As a Communications Officer youll help deliver clear engaging communications to more than 5900 early learning services statewide working with a fast-paced and collaborative team that support the Early Childhood Outcomes division.

About you -
- Skilled in creating clear engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering digital materials across web newsletters and social channels.
- Ability to draft a range of communications including plans reports and updates.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
- Hold a valid Working With Children Check clearance.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
