We are seeking a strategic and creativeSocial Media Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence. The artists team handles the raw creative; you handle the last mile - from professional editing and platform-specific tagging to managing high-stakes ad spend and influencer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Post-Production
Take raw video footage provided by the team and edit it into high-performing short-form content (TikToks Reels Shorts).
Manage the full posting schedule across all social platforms ensuring captions hashtags and SEO tagging are optimized for the US market.
Maintain a consistent brand voicewhile staying ahead of platform algorithm shifts.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Build launch and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok YouTube and Meta to drive streams and fan acquisition.
Manage ad budgets effectively providing weekly reports on ROI Cost Per Click (CPC) and conversion rates.
A/B test creative assets to determine what resonates best with the target demographic.
Influencer Outreach & Growth
Identify and build relationships with key influencers (dancers music reviewers and lifestyle creators) to seed new tracks.
Manage the logistics of influencer campaigns to ensure maximum reach and impact for upcoming releases.
Monitor trends and sounds to ensure themusic is positioned correctly within the cultural zeitgeist.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Music Industry Expertise: A deep nuanced understanding of the US music market and how tracks break on digital platforms.
Paid Media Specialist: Proven experience managing ad spend on Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Manager and Google/YouTube Ads.
Technical Editing: Proficiency in CapCut Adobe Premiere or similar tools to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social content.
Communication: Flawless English communication skills (written and verbal) for high-level influencer negotiations and fan engagement.
