Job Summary
1. Assist the MT SNCO with the management and day to day running of the MT Department.
2. Carry out the maintenance program as directed by the MT SNCO.
3. Ensure that all MT activity is compliant with JSP 800 and associated documents.
4. Comply with the UECD regarding fault reporting and breakdowns.
5. Understand and comply with relevant MT documentation and regulations.
6. Assist the MT SNCO in license acquisition and familiarisation training.
7. Leadership and mentoring of all Junior MT personnel in line with their job descriptions and career requirements.
