About the job
As an IoT Key Account Manager you will develop grow and retain a portfolio of customer accounts in global markets. You will act as a trusted advisor and Tele2 IoT ambassador ensuring our customers succeed with their IoT strategies while contributing to our growth. For this position we are looking for an IoT Key Account Manager for an one-year assignment to cover a parental leave.
In this role you will:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts globally.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities upsell and cross-sell solutions and expand our footprint within accounts.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and shape solutions around their needs.
- Manage daily interactions: customer meetings negotiations forecasts and account reviews.
- Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to deliver value and share customer insights.
- Represent Tele2 IoT at industry and customer events.

We believe you have:
- Proven experience in sales account management or business development ideally within IoT telecom or technology.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels in customer organizations.
- A structured systematic way of working ensuring delivery and follow-through.
- The ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative team-player mindset with high drive and ambition.
Language skills:
- English fluently (written and spoken) C1/C2 level essential
- Swedish is advantageous
Willingness to travel to meet customers and support business development.
