We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the customer relationship management system.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer problems or requests.

• Proven experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
