Purpose of the EOI
This Expression of Interest seeks to identify leaders who can effectively manage complex multi-program mental health services; maximise contract performance and outcomes; optimise workforce and NDIS utilisation; and lead teams in line with Flourish Australias values and recovery framework.
Expectations for the Manager Hunter Role
The Manager Hunter role will require on-site presence the majority of the time. It would be expected that the Manager would primarily be based between the Hunter St Centre and Maitland with at least monthly visits to the Taree use of Flourish Australia pool cars is encouraged to facilitate this travel.
