As a Casual Kitchen Hand at our Perth venue youll be supporting the delivery of high-quality food experiences within a professional fast-paced environment. Working alongside an experienced kitchen team youll help maintain the standards that underpin exceptional service where every detail matters. This role is varied and hours of work will mainly be during business hours and evenings.
What Youll Be DoingYoull support the smooth operation of the kitchen ensuring cleanliness organisation and efficiency are upheld at all this role you will:
- Assist with food preparation and maintain immaculate kitchen and service areas
- Manage dishwashing stock handling and storage in line with food safety standards
- Support the team during service to ensure a seamless high-quality delivery
You understand the importance of consistency presentation and teamwork in a professional kitchen. You will have:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a commercial kitchen (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- A calm reliable approach with the ability to perform under pressure
