The Production Planning & Raw Material Supply Planning team basedin Avignonplays a key role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations and high customer service levels.

To support its daily activities and continuous improvement projects the team is offering anapprenticeshipposition that provides hands-on exposure to operational planning and process improvement in a Natural Ingredient business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve planning processesto enhance customer service and operational efficiency across areas such as inventory management production planning and distribution.
  • Carry out operational planning tasksto understand team workflows support key objectives and ensure effective execution.
  • Develop strong expertise in supply systems(e.g. MRP demand and capacity management replenishment processes).
  • Gain knowledge of regulatory and technical requirementsfor produced items (e.g. Halal Kosher dietary and food safety standards).
  • Foster collaborative relationshipswith internal stakeholders such as Supply Planning Customer Care Production Scheduling Raw Materials Logistics and Quality teams.
  • Comply with Givaudan safety and procedural standards identifying and implementing improvements where needed.

Profile:

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Administration or equivalent
  • Knowledge in planning (demand supply or production)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to achieve results through formal and informal channels
  • Language Skills: English mandatory
