Patient Access Advisor
Make a difference at the front door of patient care. As a Patient Access Advisor youll be one of the first people our patients meet. Youll help ensure a smooth check-in experience by accurately registering patients verifying insurance and supporting access to care.

What Youll Do
- Register and check in patients for scheduled and walk-in services
- Explain forms answer questions and collect required signatures
- Verify insurance coverage and document prior authorizations
- Confirm physician orders and medical necessity per hospital policy
- Collect co-pays and other out-of-pocket expenses
- Maintain accurate timely documentation in hospital systems
What Were Looking For
- Experience in a healthcare setting (hospital physician office clinic) preferred not required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
- Comfort using computers keyboards and office equipment
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage detailed information accurately in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
