We are looking for a Manager Testing Services to be responsible for managing and leading the Departments Testing Services team. This is a key role within Enterprise Digital Services and is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Testing Services function including engaging and influencing across the department and wider testing addition; you will:
- Manage and be accountable for the delivery of Testing across a diverse range of projects
- Manage and lead a large team of Testing Professionals with a focus on building an engaged and high performing team
- Manage a team budget including managing team utilisation and recoveries
- Act as a final point of escalation for test related risks and issues clearly communicating these to Senior Leaders with clear mitigations
- Develop implement and manage Testing policy frameworks methods and tools

- Experience managing a high-performing Testing function; within a diverse organisation preferably in the public sector
- Strong Leadership skills with people at its core
- A strong understanding of and ability to manage and clearly articulate risks
- Experience establishing enterprise-wide frameworks systems and processes while delivering high quality business outcomes
- A pragmatic solution focussed approach to problem solving
