Collision Estimator

Location: Oakes Collision Kansas City MO
Schedule: Full - Time Monday - Friday
Compensation: $60000 $75000 plus annually

About the Role

The Collision Estimator plays a key role in managing the repair process from start to finish acting as the main point of contact between customers insurance companies and the shop. This position is responsible for writing estimates tracking repairs and ensuring a smooth timely experience for every customer. What Youll Do

• Manage vehicles through the full repair process from intake to completion

• Communicate with customers to provide updates on repair status and timelines

• Write and submit accurate estimates to insurance companies

• Coordinate with technicians and production teams to keep repairs on track

• Maintain organization across multiple repair orders and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean or acceptable driving record
  
  

• Ability to pass a standard background check
  
  

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
  
  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  
  

• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  
  

• 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
