Sales Associate Shop in Shop GAIA Wholesale 20h (f/m/x)

Sales Associate BOSS Orange Womenswear & Shoes (GAIA El Corte Inglés)
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join one of our store teams at GAIA El Corte Inglés within the BOSS Orange Womenswear & Shoes Department.
Position requirements and conditions:
- A minimum of 3 years of retail experience is required.
- Part-time contract: 20 hours per week spread over 4 days per week (Monday Tuesday Friday and Saturday) 5 hours per day.
- Fixed afternoon schedule from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
- Occasional Sunday work may be required upon request and will be paid separately from the monthly salary with a maximum of 67 Sundays per year.
- Shop-in-Shop experience is required (experience at El Corte Inglés will be valued).
- English level C1 an advantage.
- Young and dynamic mindset comfortable working in modern fashion retail environments.
- Starting: June 2026.
- To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
- To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
- To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price location features benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise
- To ensure all customers orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
- To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customers attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities
- Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment
- Willing to adapt and take on new challenges
- Always presents a professional image
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances
- Fuent English
