Our Organization and Mission:

The Division of Service Operations manages the Central Intake and Licensure unit the one-stop shop for intake of applications and payments. The Division also oversees the Customer Contact Center (CCC) which handles all initial interaction conducted via telephone and e-mail.

The Work You Will do:

This position is responsible for performing the more complex licensing activities which includes determination of applicant eligibility for examination certification licensure or registration for various professions within the department.This is a highly responsible position under the direct supervision of the Regulatory Program Administrator in the Bureau of Central Intake and Licensure Revenue Unit. The incumbent in this position performs the following work and other related activities:

Your Specific Responsibilities:

  • Review documents within the document imaging system and ensure that they are correctly indexed and profiled.
  • Ensure that all documents profiled and records created or undated in the single licensing system are done so correctly and in accordance with established processing guidelines.
  • Ensure that all validations are completed timely and accurately.
  • Notify management team of any questionable submissions that are not identifiable through standard processes.
  • Participates in meetings and attends training sessions as scheduled.
  • Participates in the testing of new application software and changes in processing procedures.
  • Reports events errors or trends to management team.
  • Performs other related duties as required

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Single Licensing system OnBase and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to plan organize and coordinate work activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least one (1) year of office experience; and
  • Must have at least one (1) year of data entry experience.
