We are seeking a motivated Solution Architect (Applied Innovation) to design develop and deploy rapid innovation prototypes leveraging Agentic AI to enhance operational resilience and cybersecurity across enterprise software platforms.
This role operates at the intersection of software engineering AI systems and cybersecurity analytics translating real-world challenges into scalable and intelligent solutions.
Make an impact by
- Architect and build rapid prototypes integrating AI agents data analytics and automation to improve resilience and response across IT and digital platforms.
- Design end-to-end AI-driven workflows for Root Cause Analysis Impact Analysis Solution Recommendation and Continuous Optimization use cases.
- Develop and deploy data correlation pipelines combining internal telemetry (e.g. logs observability metrics incident data) with external threat and performance data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across cybersecurity data science and DevOps to deliver Agentic AI use cases from concept to proof-of-value.
- Apply modern software development practices (microservices APIs containerization CI/CD) to enable secure and efficient prototype deployment.
- Contribute to reusable solution patterns and components to accelerate innovation across product and operational functions.
- Document architectures design decisions and validation outcomes to support scalability and stakeholder communication.
Skills for success
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development or deployment of AI-driven or data-intensive solutions.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex RAG architectures or autonomous agent frameworks).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript with experience in API integration.
- Experience working with diverse data sources including system logs performance telemetry and cybersecurity-related data.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and cloud-native architectures (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP).
- Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Ability to work in iterative and evolving project environments with changing requirements.
Preferred
- Interest or experience in AI-enabled operational resilience cyber defence analytics or autonomous remediation systems.
