Junior Embedded Software Engineer, Graviton

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations from foundational services such as Amazons Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWSs services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization youll support the development and management of Compute Database Storage Internet of Things (Iot) Platform and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

Working for Annapurna Labs is thrilling fast-paced and a constant learning experience. The AWS Graviton SW team is looking for an Embedded Engineer to join us in building next generation platforms.
In this role you will have the opportunity to influence our SW architecture and take on the challenge of developing features for a complex systems.
You will also become expert in cutting-edge technologies that involve high-end CPUs reliable high-speed memory high-speed I/O and lead integration efforts across various departments (HW and SW) within AWS.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or similar
- 2 years of professional experience in software development
- 2 years of experience coding in low-level C
- Experience with firmware development
- Knowledge and good understanding of HW SW and the entire System view

- Experience with modern multi-core ARM devices
- Experience with SoC development life cycle
- Experience with HW/SW interfaces on the board and chip level (e.g. I2C SPI DRAM PCIe)
- Driver development on bare-metal systems or real-time operating
