Analytics & Insights Associate Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Analytics & Insights Associate Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining the data reporting and tools that enable scalable analytics and insights across the organization.

This role focuses on standardizing reporting automating processes and creating user-friendly tools that support decision-making and training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (Power BI or similar tools).
• Build and manage standardized datasets across multiple data sources.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual work.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability.

Analytics Tools & Enablement

• Create scalable templates and tools for business analysis.
• Improve usability and accessibility of analytics tools for Sales teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support Analyst with data preparation and structured outputs.
• Partner with Sales Planning Category Management and other commercial teams to meet reporting needs.

Other Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors. However the vast amount of work is conducted in a climate-controlled office. Travel may be required.

Qualifications :

Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Economics Finance Marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in analytics reporting or related roles.
• Experience with Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience working with POS or syndicated data.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information :

The salary range for this role is $57000 - $68000 (Annually).  Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to external market data internal equity location and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Links Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
