Job Summary
Implementation of Global Insurance Policies:
- Ensures the successful implementation of the global insurance strategy and programs (Global Insurance Program) at the local entity level. Keeps close collaboration with C/HRR-TR to support insurance company selection and changes in the general insurance conditions of pension & retirement benefits life benefits healthcare benefits.
Local Risk Management:
- Identifies local risks not covered by the global program and independently places appropriate tailored insurance policies with local carriers.
Administrative Management and Coordination:
- Handles the complete administration of all local insurance-related tasks and issues.
- Manages the regular updating of insured values and sales figures via the Global Insurance Tool (GIT).
- Coordinates the timely payment of premiums for all local policies and local portions of global programs.
- Processes requests for insurance certificates and issues them accordingly.
Claims and Risk Support:
- Acts as the central interface to the companys insurance brokers (e.g. MARSH WTW) including proactive claims reporting and active support throughout the claims handling process.
- Supports the central department (C/FII) in the organization and execution of on-site risk surveys with insurers.
- Monitors the consistent implementation of risk improvement measures and recommendations that result from risk surveys.
Strategic Support:
- Provides key support for the insurance-related integration of new companies and acquisitions within the region.
Qualifications :
- A university degree in Business Administration Economics Law or a comparable professional qualification in the insurance field.
- Several years of professional experience in the field of industrial insurance ideally gained at an international insurance broker an industrial corporation or an insurance carrier.
- In-depth knowledge of standard property and casualty insurance lines. Experience with international insurance programs is a significant advantage.
- Business-fluent proficiency in Turkish and English is mandatory. German language skills are beneficial.
- Required attributes include strong communication skills a service-oriented mindset and assertiveness. The role demands a structured independent and proactive working style.
