About the Role Mō te tūranga mahi
Were looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a stable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.
As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or facing challenges youll:
- Work closely with clients whānau providers and employers
- Communicate via phone email and in person
- Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery
- Support clients to achieve their recovery goals

- A clean NZ drivers licence for occasional travel
- Bonus: Experience in case management or the public sector is helpful but not essential

This role also offers opportunities to specialise.
For example Kaihāpaiare part of ACCs Recovery teams and play an important role in supporting kiritaki (clients) who need a dedicated point of contact due to the complexity or sensitivity of their recovery needs.
Kaihāpai focus on building strong trustbased relationships and supporting recovery outcomes in ways that respond to each persons individual needs preferences and circumstances. Working alongside kiritaki and their whānau Kaihāpai help navigate ACC processes coordinate rehabilitation activities and support progress toward greater independence and where appropriate return to work.
Salary:
$70000 + 9% superannuation

- Monday to Friday only no nights weekends or public holidays
- Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm
