Job Summary

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Wholesale and International channels.  This role owns end-to-end supply planning across finished goods and key components leveraging an ERP system with MRP functionality to balance service levels inventory health and cost.  This role will partner with Merchandise Planning Product Development Production and Logistics to translate demand signals into executable supply plans while navigating unique seasonality lead times and SKU complexity. 

What youll get to do:

  • Develop and maintain supply plans to support DTC Wholesale International and Promotional demand across multiple product categories and seasons. 
  • Utilize MRP to generate review and manage planned orders and purchase orders. 
  • Convert demand forecasts and sales plans into feasible supply plans considering capacity lead times MOQs and vendor constraints. 
  • Monitor inventory levels in-transit supply and open orders to proactively identify risks and gaps. 
  • Drive actions to mitigate shortages excess inventory and late deliveries. 
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Production partners to align delivery schedules and capacity 
  • Support new product launches and seasonal line plans by aligning supply readiness with go-to-market timelines. 
  • Analyze key KPIs such as OTIF Buy Readiness Forecast Accuracy Capacity Utilization Weeks-of-Supply 

Qualifications :

Who you are:

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain Operations Business or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.  
  • 3 years of supply planning or production planning experience preferably in apparel footwear or consumer goods 
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system using MRP (D365 SAP Netsuite etc.) 
  • Experience supporting both DTC and Wholesale fulfillment models strongly preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans 
  • Advanced Excel skills experience with BI or planning tools is a plus 
  • Proven ability to manage complexity seasonality and multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is $75000 per year - $96000 per year.
