An exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join ourinnovativenot-for-profit aged care organisationthat spans trusted residential care flexible home care luxury retirement living and an active communal this permanent role youll work withadynamicMarketing & Communications team to help produce consumer and internal brand communications and create engaging written and visual content with a focus on digital channels.

The Role:

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager you will work on a wide range of consumer and internal brand communications. Your key responsibility will be managing and writing our content across various print and digital platforms.

In addition you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Project manage and write various communications including Montefiores Life magazine publication Annual Report newsletters blogs social media and other mediums.
• Creating and maintaining a content calendaracross sub-brands and channels.
• Creating and managing distribution of EDMs including scheduling and analysis.
• Management of Montefiores digital platforms.
• Management of Montefiores media/agency relationships and reporting.
• Analysis of data insights and initiating recommendations for our digital offerings.
• Creating engaging on-brand social media content by using writing photography and videography.
• Updating the organisations websites usingWordpress.
• Website analytics and functionality.

What we require:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing communications and or media role.
• Experience in copywriting across digital and social platforms
• Hands-on experience with digital and social media platforms email marketingplatformsand Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an eye for detail and proofreading skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Adobe Creative Suite Wordpress and EDM programs like Pardot Constant Contact or Mailchimp
• The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders internally and in the wider community and industry sector.

This role is based in Randwick and may require travel between our four Sydney metro facilities.
