- Strong academic records in Secondary School / Institute of Technical Education / Polytechnic / Junior College / International Baccalaureate School (where applicable)
- Strong leadership qualities as demonstrated in Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) and National Service* (if applicable)
- *Applicants currently serving their National Service may also apply
