UIUX Designer – Digital Products & Services (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
As a UI/UX Designer in our Digital & Cloud competence center you are responsible for creating excellent user interfaces that seamlessly fit in the entire journey of our service offerings. You ensure our digital products and apps are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and effective to use.
Your contribution to something big:
- You design intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products and services across web and mobile platforms
- You collaborate closely with product owners and engineers acting as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle
- You transform user insights into concepts by creating personas journey maps user flows and information architectures
- You develop wireframes and interactive prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to validate ideas early and efficiently
- You create scalable visually appealing interfaces aligned with the Bosch Digital Design System
- You design onboarding experiences and feature adoption strategies that help users realize value quickly
- You plan and conduct usability tests analyze feedback and continuously improve the user experience
- You contribute to and evolve design systems ensuring consistency and efficiency across products
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Degree in UX Design Interaction Design Human-Computer Interaction or a comparable field
Experience
- Experience in UI/UX or product design for digital platforms (web and/or mobile)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
Know-how
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of UX principles interaction design and usability best practices
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-supported design is beneficial
Languages
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

- Structured user-focused and data-informed approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and iterative environments

- Passionate for understanding user needs with strong collaboration and communication skills
