Job Summary
This 36-month graduate programme is designed for candidates seeking to contribute to assurance and reporting advisory services. The role encompasses the following critical responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to engagement teams in the execution of ESG reporting and assurance services at client premises.
- Under strict guidance contribute to the delivery efforts of the engagement team in relation to the allocated subject matter through:
- Conducting rigorous site visits to gather comprehensive evidence
- Engaging professionally with clients to obtain a thorough understanding of processes and activities for recording and reporting subject matter data
- Execute precise testing procedures (inspection observation reperformance recalculation) on the reported subject matter including advanced data analytics
- Produce comprehensive written reports of identified issues accompanied by well-researched recommendations
- Contribute substantively to engagement team decisions regarding approach by providing fact-based and pertinent recommendations derived from meticulous research analysis and client interaction
- Maintain consistent and formal communication with senior team members and managers regarding the status of allocated tasks and deliverables
- Demonstrate utmost urgency and accountability in responding to client and team requests
- Diligently assist in the preparation of client presentations and discussion documentation as directed
- Proactively identify potential opportunities for follow-on work and promptly inform engagement manager and partner
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate or postgraduate qualification in Economics Finance Accounting Chemical Engineering Environmental Management/Science Social Sciences Geography or Geology
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Report writing skills and an understanding of ESG and sustainability
