- Own end-to-end onboarding for all new hires across client-facing and internal roles
- Coordinate with IT Recruiting and Talent Development to ensure Day 1 readiness
- Conducts and facilitates new hire orientation including company overview

- Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience
- Bachelors degree required
- Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships and develop strong credibility
