Your work profile
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Verify allocate post and reconcile transactions.
- Journal Entry Postings.
- Analyse and post Accruals.
- Analyse and post re-class and allocations.
- Ensure timely closure of books.
- Month-end/year-end close process.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Supporting payment review & approval.
- Ensure timely resolution of queries from business/operations.
- Ensure process documentation is up to date.
- Process improvement and standardization.
- Support on Ad hoc Projects/Tasks as assigned.
- Desired/Preferred Expertise:
- Accounting Experience.
- SAP Experience.
- Good communication skills written and oral.
- Overall Knowledge of Reconciliation.
- Excel Knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Key skills required:
- Flexible working in shift.
- Team player.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Basic Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance & Accounting.
- Total Years of Experience: 2 Years.
- Shift timing: Any 9 working hours in a day depending on the business needs and the regions supported.
- Location: Bangalore Karnataka India.
