About the Role

Join an international digital services project in Sofia supporting the quality and safety of online advertising content.

In this role you will review and classify advertising campaigns before they go live ensuring compliance with internal policies and platform standards. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe and high-quality online environment while working in a structured fast-paced international team.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen advertising campaigns before publication
• Classify and label content according to internal policies (safety category compliance)
• Approve or reject creatives based on guidelines
• Use internal tools to detect non-compliant or sensitive content
• Respond to inquiries via email and ticketing systems
• Work with data reports and quality metrics
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently

Requirements

• German: C1C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Analytical mindset and good decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced structured environment
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia
• Documents accepted only:
  • Valid EU citizenship OR
  • Valid residence card (valid for more than 1 year) OR
  • Refugee status card
• Work permits / Blue Cards are NOT accepted

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 18:00 or 11:00 20:00

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 1943 EUR gross/month
• Monthly performance-based bonuses
• Transport / internet allowance: 50 BGN (25 EUR) net/month
• Additional payment for night shifts (if applicable)

Relocation & Additional Support

• Travel reimbursement up to 490 BGN (250 EUR) after 6 months (with valid documentation)

• Important note: repayment conditions apply if contract is terminated within first 6 months
