Schedule: Monday Friday (Rotating shifts 10:00 21:00); occasional weekends
The Opportunity
Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about the latest tech We are looking for Customer Experts to join a dynamic team in Athens supporting a globally recognized leader in luxury user-friendly technology. This isnt just a support roleits a chance to build a career representing one of the most prestigious brands in the world.
What Youll Do
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Assist customers via phone chat and email with their inquiries.
- Support the Journey: Help customers find the right products guide them through purchases and resolve post-sales questions (delivery returns etc.).
- Grow Your Skills: Youll start in either sales or service support with the chance to cross-skill after just 30 days becoming a master of the full customer experience.
- Stay Sharp: Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on the latest tech launches and updates.
