Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Act as the dedicated point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers providing professional support via phone email and live chat.
- Effective Resolution: Handle inquiries regarding product services account management and order status with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent world-renowned brands by maintaining a helpful empathetic and professional tone in every interaction.
- Digital Navigation: Assist users with platform tools mobile app features and basic troubleshooting for various digital services.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure service continuity and data integrity.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex information for the customer.
