Key Responsibilities
- First-Class Support: Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers providing professional assistance via phone email and chat.

- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent iconic global brands by maintaining a helpful empathetic and professional tone in every interaction.
- Technical Navigation: Assist users with digital platform tools and basic troubleshooting for various apps and websites.
- Data Integrity: Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems to ensure high service standards across the team.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
