Position Overview:

We are actively seeking passionate qualified native English-speaking educators to join our growing network of schools and institutions across China. Whether you specialize in early childhood primary education or subject-based instruction at higher academic levels this is an opportunity to grow professionally while experiencing one of the worlds most dynamic cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will vary depending on the assigned educational level but will typically include:

• Deliver high-quality English instruction (Speaking Listening Reading and Writing) or subject-based English (e.g. Science Social Studies) tailored to age and curriculum level.

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans with interactive classroom activities (games role-plays group projects) that promote critical thinking and immersive learning.

• Collaborate with local teachers in curriculum design lesson planning and performance evaluation to ensure optimal student progress.

• Monitor student engagement and performance provide regular feedback to students and communicate with parents and academic advisors as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a passport holder from one of the official native English-speaking countries:
  USA UK Canada Australia New Zealand Ireland South Africa

• Bachelors degree or higher (Education-related fields preferred)

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred and required for visa purposes)

• Previous teaching experience in a relevant academic stage is strongly preferred (e.g. early childhood for kindergarten academic background in relevant subject for university positions)

• Clear neutral English accent and excellent communication skills

• Patient enthusiastic team-oriented and culturally adaptable

• Clean criminal background and eligible for a legal Z work visa in China

Salary Range:
RMB/month (depending on location experience educational stage and qualifications)
Higher salaries negotiable for outstanding candidates
