Job Summary
Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Location: Bakersfield CA
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay:
- Entry Level: $18.00/hour
- With Experience: $19.00 $21.00/hour
- Once hired on there is a pay increase
Schedule:
- Monday Friday (occasional Saturdays required)
- Shift: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

Legacy Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support our clients operations team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a company long-term with opportunities for advancement and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Pick orders and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
- Receive and inspect incoming products
- Utilize pick lists and assist with shipping processes
- Perform basic computer tasks including email and spreadsheets
- Use company inventory/software systems (training provided)
Additional Duties (as needed):
- Operate sit-down or propane forklifts
- Drive trucks or flatbed vehicles to deliver materials to job sites
Requirements:
- Steel toe boots (PPE required)
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn company software
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Must have a clean driving record
