QA Engineer

Position: QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer to join our team at Arena Staffing. As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to our clients. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any bugs or issues and collaborate on finding solutions to improve the overall quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software meets quality standards

- Identify report and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve them

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested

- Continuously improve and streamline the QA process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Conduct manual and automated testing on various platforms and devices

- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on potential quality issues

- Communicate test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- 2 years of experience in software quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and processes

- Experience with manual and automated testing

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java C or Python

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
