Position: P-Speech Language Pathologist
Salary Range: $44/hr-$55/hr
Schedule: 40 hours per week weekdays (open to being flexible with schedule)

Location: SNF Center (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated P-Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the SNF center. This is a critical need position and we are looking for a qualified individual who is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the speech and language needs of patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapy services to patients with speech language and communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies to improve communication and swallowing abilities
- Stay current with latest research and techniques in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license or eligibility for state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working in a SNF setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate patient-centered approach to therapy
