THE PAY SCALE (1099 Position)
- REEFER: $0.75 CPM $2400 $2700 Avg. Weekly Gross.
- DRY VAN: $0.70 CPM $2250 $2450 Avg. Weekly Gross.
- ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid deadhead.
- Settlements: Direct Deposit every Fridayno delays.
- Extras: $150 Layover $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).

PREMIUM EQUIPMENT
Your truck is your office and your home. We provide late-model permanently assigned units (Take them home for your reset).
- Fleet: Volvo 760/860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Maximum 3 years old).
- Amenities: APU Power Inverter Refrigerator Microwave and Tablet.
- Perks: Pets welcome from Day 1.
- EZ Pass Pre-Pass and Pilot/Flying J cards provided.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
We have a fast-track orientationqualified drivers can be dispatched within 4 hours of arrival.
- Experience: 1.5 years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2 years).
- Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
- Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15 MPH speeding.
- Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA MS LA and AL.
- Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
