About the Role:

Were looking for a bold digital leader to help redefine how commercial and marketing growth is powered across our global Consumer and Professional businesses. Reporting to the CDIO and partnering closely with executive leadership this role sits at the center of our digital transformationturning ambition into execution and platforms into performance.

This is a rare opportunity to build scale and lead modern digital capabilities that directly influence revenue customer experience and longterm growth.

What Youll Do

Lead technical digital growth across acquisition conversion retention and lifetime value
Build and scale highimpact crossfunctional squads across media CRM & loyalty eCommerce content and innovation
Acceleration of enterprise platforms across Data & AI MarTech Commerce and Content
Embed a testandlearn mindset using experimentation and analytics to continuously unlock performance
Partner with regional teams to deliver global coherence with strong local activation
Translate complexity into clarityconnecting digital initiatives to measurable commercial impact for senior leadership

Who You Are

A seasoned technology and digital leader with 12 years of experience in global omnichannel environments
Proven at turning digital platforms data and experimentation into real revenue growth
A builder who thrives in crossfunctional productcentric and agile ways of working
Fluent across DTC eRetail retail and B2B business models
Strategic datadriven and influentialcomfortable navigating complexity and driving change
Energized by transformation and inspired by building whats next

Pay Range: $00 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Companys total rewards package for employees.
